The Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid applies gentle compression to the neck which may promote the relaxed, parasympathetic state, so you can support-Circulation and Inflammation, lymphatic drainage, and appearance of wrinkles.
90% organic cotton flannel - Soft, hypoallergenic inner layer. 5% polyurethane PUL - Less-mess outer layer. 5% nylon - Four soft, stretchy, adjustable straps.
Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid. Place the pack over your thyroid area and adjust the strap- not too tight. That’s it! Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day. For hygiene, apply fresh Castor Oil each time and replace your pack every 2 months!
